FIRST, REFER A CANDIDATE

Your referred candidate should apply at https://mdcareers-livech.icims.com/ .

SECOND, WHEN THE REFERRED CANDIDATE IS FILLING OUT THEIR APPLICATION, IT WILL ASK THEM TWO QUESTIONS THEY WILL NEED TO ANSWER:

Q: "How did you hear about us?"
A: They should select "Referred by a current employee."
Q: "Please Specify Selection/Referral Employee Name"
A: They should answer "Your First and last Name and Employee ID#" Example Joe Smith #1234.

THIRD, HOW THE BONUS WORKS:

If the company decides to hire your referred candidate, you will receive $500 when your referred candidate completes 3 months of employment and the remaining $500 once they complete 6 months of employment.
