Is Mobile Check In available for all guests?
Mobile Check In is available to members of MyLiveRewards! who have the MyLiveRewards app. You can only receive a player ID at one of our casino locations. You must be 21 years old to sign up, and government-issued photo identification is required to obtain a Live! Rewards membership.

What phone settings do I need to turn on to check in online?
Please verify your phone has Bluetooth, location services, and internet service enabled to check in and use your digital key. -
What time can I check in?
The standard check in time is at 3 pm. If your reservation is eligible for early check in, you will be able to access your room earlier. -
Where can I see my reservation?
Log into the app and check the main screen for HOTEL RESERVATIONS. Select "ACTIVE" to find your current reservation. This screen will indicate the status of your reservation and if you can check in. -
Do I need to enter my credit card information?
Yes, we need a credit card on file for all reservations, including comp reservations. We place a temporary $150 hold for incidentals that will be refunded after checking out. -
Can I change my reservation on the app?
Any modifications to the reservation before arrival can be made by contacting the front desk or contact center.
During Your Stay:

What should I do if I am unable to check in online or use my digital key?
If you experience issues at check in, ensure your device has bluetooth activated and is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
If the issue persists, visit the front desk to check in and request a physical room key. Please share any app issue screenshots with us to help resolve the error.

How do I access my room with the digital key?
Once you complete the check in process, you can activate your digital room key in the app. Once activated, hold your phone near the door lock to open your room or tap in the elevator to access your floor. -
Can I have a physical and digital key?
Yes, if you need a physical key, visit the front desk to request one. Both, the physical and digital keys will give you access to your room, the elevator and other facilities such as the fitness center. -
Can I share my mobile key?
Yes, guests listed on the same reservation can share the mobile key. Both profiles must be linked to their respective MyLiveRewards accounts. -
If I extend my stay, will the mobile key still work?
Yes, if you extend your stay in the same room, the digital key will continue to work and give you access to the room, elevator and fitness center.
