Guests must enter the Retail Sportsbook Location and place a 4 leg or more Parlay wager at a kiosk or betting window (inclusive of same game parlay and same game parlay+) of at least $50, with final odds of +400 or longer to receive a $25 promo card to be used at any restaurant on property. Guests can participate once per day and must go to the Sportsbook counter to redeem.  Must be present to win. Prizes are non-transferable. Drawings will take place on the Casino Floor.

8. Winners must show proof of identification by presenting a valid driver’s license with SS#, or by completing a W9 form.
9. Winners must sign a prize payment form to receive their winnings.        
10. Employees of Live! Casino & Hotel, their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are ineligible. In addition, immediate family and members of the household of Maryland Live! Executive, Player Development and Marketing personnel are ineligible. 
11. Employees of advertising and promotion agencies and other agencies coordinating with this promotion and their immediate family members, MSLA staff, MSLA agents and spouses thereof, are ineligible. 
12. Immediate family is defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses. Household is defined as living in the same residence as one or more of the above-mentioned individuals. Executive personnel are defined as any team member holding the title of Director or above. Player Development personnel are defined as any team member falling under the Player Development Departmental organization chart.

    Marketing personnel are defined as any team member falling under the Marketing Departmental organization chart.

13. Winners must sign a release attesting that he/she is not any of the above-mentioned. 
14. Void where prohibited by law. 
15. Each entrant and winner shall indemnify and hold harmless Live! Casino & Hotel and The Cordish Companies against any damage, loss, claim or liability arising from his or her participation in this promotion. Live! Casino & Hotel and The Cordish Companies assume no liability of any kind for any property loss or damage or personal injury occurring in connection with any prizes.
16. By participating in the promotion, each participant agrees to and acknowledges that they will abide by the official rules, regulations and procedures of the promotion.
17. Live! Casino & Hotel marketing officials will resolve any and all disputes.
18. Management, with the advice of legal counsel, reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the promotion without notice.
19. Live! Casino & Hotel will not be held responsible for a patron’s inability to hear his/her name announced on the casino floor using the PA system.
20. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that casino play is registering on Live! Rewards^SM card.
21. By participating in this promotion, participants hereby grant Live! Casino & Hotel permission to use his/her name, photograph, and likeness in connection with the advertising and promotion of its products, in any manner and in any medium, without additional compensation, as Live! Casino & Hotel, in their sole discretion, shall deem appropriate or desirable. Participants irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use, in perpetuity, for purposes including, but not limited to, display, advertising, sale, and trade, and including any alterations or modifications whatsoever of said photograph, including the negatives and prints made there from and by Live! Casino & Hotel, its employees, agents, customers, successors, and assigns forever. 
22. Participants waive any right, which he/she may otherwise have, to inspect or approve the photographs or prints made from the negative thereof, with respect to 1) any alterations or modifications, any material or commentary, 2) any publication using the name of the undersigned, no name, or fictitious name, 3) and use for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial art, and 4) any advertising of products or services.
23. Persons who have been evicted from the property or who have requested Maryland self-exclusion from the property are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
24. Live! Casino & Hotel reserves the right to substitute cash or retail merchandise for a cash or retail prize. Substitution will be of greater or equal cash value of original prize.
