HANOVER, MD – Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland today announced a new restaurant set to open in 2023. The dining venue will be in partnership with local restauranteurs Nick Son and Steven Wang. The new restaurant, KOHO Korean BBQ House, will feature a wide variety of traditional Korean-inspired dishes, including the highest quality Korean BBQ meats, traditional Korean entrees, side dishes, desserts, and a full bar. It will open in the space adjacent to The Cheesecake Factory.
Live! Casino & Hotel has prioritized local, minority and women owned businesses throughout its decade in Maryland and this new restaurant allows for a long-term commitment to supporting a home-grown business.

KOHO Korean BBQ House is one of several local businesses owned and operated by Maryland based restaurateurs Nick Son and Steven Wang. KOHO will wow customers with a local, authentic Korean BBQ experience and atmosphere, featuring a full bar, outdoor patio, private party room and more, as well as an extensive takeout menu. The restaurant will operate from Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 AM-10:30 PM, and Friday to Saturday, 11:00 AM-12:00 AM and will be led by nationally known Executive Chef Tai Yi Zheng who brings over 25 years of experience opening and managing Korean restaurants all over the country.

The restaurant itself is being designed by a Korean firm who works in partnership with a local architect to create the space. As a team, they have experience designing hundreds of upscale KBBQ restaurants in the U.S. and South Korea.
