Reimbursement for Live! Partner Travel
Whether traveling to another Live! Casino® , Live! Hotel® , Live!® Entertainment District, or using a Benefit Beyond Live!® , Platinum Card, Black Card, Jade Card, & Chairman’s Club members can be reimbursed for travel expenses in Free Play.
Reimbursement is available in $100 increments.
Chairman’s Club – Up to $500 annually
Jade Card – Up to $300 annually
Black Card – Up to $200 annually
Platinum Card – Up to $100 annually
Once verified, Travel Reimbursement is paid in your choice of Free Slot Play or Free Table Play (Match Play in PA and Direct Bet in MD) at your home casino.
Reimbursable Travel includes hotel/cruise folios for accommodations, transportation, and food & beverage.
Any Live! Casino® Visit*
Excluding visit to member’s home casino. Reimbursed as a flat amount of $100 Free Play

Excluding visit to member’s home casino. Stay must be paid for in Cash/Credit Card.

Members who predominantly play online with PlayLive! can submit for a travel reimbursement to any Live! Casino® location if the casino is 50+ miles from the member’s registered home address.
*Cannot combine Live! Casino® visit, Live! Hotel stay, and Live! Entertainment for the same time period of travel.
Travel is only reimbursed once it’s been completed. Valid date of travel is between March 1, 2023 – February 29, 2024.
Redemption Process:
Upon completion of the trip/travel the member must submit their expenses. Receipts or other documents might be requested based on the travel partner. Once the travel and receipts are validated, the member will receive up to the maximum for that travel location based on receipts provided in $100 increments of Free Play up to the annual tier limit. Amounts under $75 will be rounded down to the nearest $100, those $75+ will be rounded up to the nearest $100. Validation may take up to 14 days after proof is supplied by the member. Once the Free Play is available to the member, they will have thirty days to redeem it at their home casino.
