If you need to adjust or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 100% charge. No-show appointments will also be subject to a 100% charge. No worries—we will do our best to accommodate, but your service may be shortened to respect the time of other guests.

Attire & Comfort

Everything you need for a seamless spa experience is provided, including a plush robe, cozy slippers, and a secure locker. While we suggest dressing comfortably, you are welcome to undress to your level of comfort during treatment. Our expert therapists always ensure complete discretion and relaxation. •

Who Can Enjoy the Spa?

Guests 18 years and older are welcome to indulge in our spa services. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for any scheduled appointments.

Exceptional Service, Every Time

A 20% service charge will be added to your treatment, covering gratuity for your therapist, with 2% allocated to maintaining our beautiful facility. No need to worry about tipping—we’ve taken care of it for you!

Seamless Payment Options

We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and casino comps. Conveniently, you can even charge your spa services to your hotel room, making your visit completely effortless. A valid photo ID is required for all transactions.
