We kindly advise scheduling your appointment in advance through our website Maryland.livecasinohotel.com/spa. Please note that reservations are contingent upon availability and require a guarantee through a credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure individual attention, we allocate specific treatment times exclusively for your convenience. Any cancellations or modifications to appointments must be made with a minimum notice of 24 hours. Cancellations outside of this timeframe will incur a 100% charge, applied to the credit card that was used to secure the appointment. Please note that non-arrival appointments will be billed in their entirety.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS?
To prioritize your well-being and provide personalized care, we kindly ask that you notify our reservation department of any high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, or special needs that may affect your choice of services. Additionally, for our pregnant guests, we are pleased to offer massage services after the first trimester. To assist us in catering to your needs, we kindly request that you inform us in advance of your pregnancy status. You may also provide this information on your guest intake form upon reaching the spa.
ARRIVAL
Our spa staff recommends arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time for check-in, as well as the opportunity to unwind in our tranquil spa environment, indulge in our thermal area, and enjoy a refreshing shower. Late arrivals will also be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service time at both the Spa and Salon. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the scheduled time regardless of when your service begins.
THERAPIST REQUESTS
At the time of booking your appointment, we welcome requests for a male or female therapist to ensure your comfort and preferences are met. Furthermore, if you have a specific therapist in mind for your service, we will gladly accommodate that request to the best of our ability.
ATTIRE
We have everything you need right here. When you arrive at the spa, we will provide you with a robe, slippers, and a day locker, along with personal care amenities in the locker room. Please feel free to dress down to your comfort level. While undergarments are not necessary during your treatment, you may choose to wear them if it enhances your comfort. Rest assured that our licensed therapists are highly trained to ensure your privacy. For facials, we provide body wraps that cover both the lower and upper half of your body, ensuring your utmost comfort and privacy.
SHOULD YOU SHAVE BEFORE A TREATMENT?
For optimal results and your utmost comfort, we advise against shaving before all body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. For facial treatment, it is recommended that gentlemen shave at least two hours before their scheduled session to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
CELLULAR PHONES
As a courtesy to our fellow guests, we ask that you turn off or silence your cell phone prior to entering the spa. This allows everyone to fully unwind and enjoy their spa experience without any disruptions.
IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO USE THE SPA?
We require that spa guests be 18 years or older to schedule a spa treatment. For salon services, guests under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian for a service consultation prior to their appointment.
SERVICE CHARGE
For your convenience, we assess an automatic 20% service charge on your spa treatment. 18% is a service charge that goes to the provider, and 2% is the property's facility fee.
PAYMENT
We offer various payment options including credit cards, debit cards, room charges and Live! reward self-comps and points.. Please note that a valid photo identification is required for all transactions. Additionally, we honor Live! Casino & Hotel and SpaFinder gift cards as alternative payment methods.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD OR DRINKS?
Enjoy our complimentary snack bar and one glass of champagne with purchase of any service. A drink menu will be available in the spa lounge post-treatment.
