December High Hands

Rules

1. Must be 21 or older.
2. Unless stated, The Morning High Hand Hustle has a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of tens.
3. The Nighttime High Hand Hustle has a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of deuces. 
4. Daytime & Late Night High Hand Promotions have a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of deuces. 
5. Unless stated, in the event there is no qualifying high hand, there will be no rollovers. 
6. During the Late Night promotions, if there is no qualifying high hand during a timeframe, the money will roll over to the next period. If there is no high hand during the last period, the promo ends, no money rolls over to any other period. 
7. There will be no ties.  You must beat the posted high hand.
8. In all High Hand promotions, if two identical qualifying high hands occur on the same hand, the prize will be split. If the pot is split, the high hand award will be split.  
9. Pot must be at least $10 in size including rake and jackpot.
10. Players must use two hole cards combined with 3 board cards to qualify.
11. Must be your best possible hand to win using both of your hole cards.  Must be the winning hand.
12. Hands must be verified by a supervisor.
13. Winners must be present.
14. Must be playing in Jackpot eligible Texas Hold’em game.
15. Short-handed games (3 or less players) are not eligible for jackpots and will not be subject to the jackpot drop.  
16. Players can win more than one prize.
17. On announcement of the completion of the period, the clock sounding, or the time expiring, the period is over. Any new high hands will apply to the next time period.
18. The Morning High Hand Hustle runs Sundays through Fridays & begins at 9:00AM. The first 15 qualifying high hands (minimum qualifier of Aces Full of Tens) win $400. See rule #24.
19. The Nighttime Hustle runs Monday thru Thursday and begins at 8:00PM. The first 20 qualifying high hands (minimum qualifier of Aces Full of Deuces) win $300. See rule #24.
20. During the High Hand Hustles, you may tie a high hand and qualify if that ranks you in the first 15 (daytime) or 20 (nighttime) of the high hands. 
21. Unless stated, the daytime promotions begin immediately after the 15th High Hand Hustle hand has been hit. All Late-Night promotions begin immediately after the 20th Nighttime Hustle hand has been hit. On nights without the Hustle, the Late-Night High Hand promotion begins at midnight. When the Saturday daytime promotions conclude, The Late-Night promotion begins.
22. If the final (15th or 20th) qualifying hand of the Morning Hustle has not hit by 8:00PM, that promo ends, and the Night Hustle promo begins. 
23. If the 20th qualifying hand of the Night Hustle has not hit by the time the Morning Hustle is scheduled to start, the Nighttime Hustle ends and the Morning Hustle begins. 
24. *There is no morning or nighttime Hustle promotion and no daytime promotion on Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25. There is no nighttime Hustle on Wednesday, December 31. The daytime promotion ends at 8:00PM on December, 31. 
25. If either the daytime or late-night high hands involve rollovers, the first qualifying period prize will not roll over if it is not hit. Rollovers begin at the first full qualifying period. Ex: The last hustle hand hits at 11:15PM, the Late Night High Hand promotion immediately starts. If, for the remainder of that period, no high hand is hit, that $100 does not rollover to the following period. Subsequent full periods will have the prize money roll over to the next period if not hit. 
26. Fridays: The $400 High Hand promotion begins at 2:00PM and ends at Midnight. If the 15^th qualifying morning hustle hand has not hit by 2:00PM, the hustle promotion ends and the $400 promotion begins at 2:00PM. 
27. The Saturday Holiday Hustle: During qualifying periods, the first 5 qualifying high hands (minimum qualifier of Aces Full of Tens) win $1,000.  There are 4 qualifying periods, 9:00AM, 1:00PM, 5:00PM, & 9:00PM. If two identical qualifying high hands occur on the same hand, the prize will be split. If the pot is split, the high hand award will be split.  
28. Saturdays: The High Hand promotion is $400 awarded to the highest qualifying high hand every 20 minutes from 9:00AM-Midnight. This promotion pauses during the “Holiday Hustle” and resumes as soon as the 5^th qualifying hustle hand hits.
29. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of these promotions, shall be disqualified. This includes slow rolling or slow playing to get to the next time period.
30. Side betting or selling of high hands is prohibited.
31. Funds will come from the Reserve Jackpot.
32. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion.
