MERCHANDISE PROMOTION RULES

1. Must be 21 or older.
2. Must be playing jackpot eligible Texas Hold’em cash games (4/8 Limit, 1/3NL, 2/5NL).
3. Must be a member of Live! Rewards©.
4. Players are responsible for monitoring their time. Time will NOT be backed up.
5. Players are only eligible to earn one prize per qualifying period.
6. To qualify, a player must play at least 3 hours in a jackpot eligible cash game during corresponding periods. The qualifying periods are as follows: Period 1: Monday, October 14 at 12:00AM-Thursday, October 17 at 11:59PM. Period 2: Monday, October 21 at 12:00AM-Thursday, October 24 at 11:59PM.
7. A player may qualify the day of redemption by playing 2 hours in a jackpot eligible cash game on Monday, October 21 or Monday, October 28.
8. All redemptions are on a first-come first-serve basis. Sizes and supplies may be limited.
9. Prizes are not exchangeable.
10. Running out of a particular size does not qualify as an exchangeable prize. The guest will be issued an alternate size.
11. Prizes and their coordinating period:
    Period 1: Live! Long Sleeve Shirt
    Period 2: Live! Pullover
12. When redeeming, players must have their Live! Rewards Card© and photo ID.
13. Redemption Periods:
    Period 1: Monday, October 21
    Period 2: Monday, October 28
14. Players can check their progress toward the promotion on the Bravo kiosk, located at the registration stand, level 1.
15. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of this promotion shall be disqualified.
16. Funds for merchandise will come from the Reserve Jackpot.
17. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion.

2. The Morning High Hand Hustle has a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of tens.
3. The Nighttime High Hand Hustle has a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of deuces.
4. Daytime & Late Night High Hand Promotions have a minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full of deuces.
5. Unless stated, in the event there is no qualifying high hand, there will be no rollovers.
6. During the Late Night promotions, if there is no qualifying high hand during a timeframe, the money will roll over to the next period. If there is no high hand during the last period, the promo ends, no money rolls over to any other period.
7. The Late Night promotion ends at 8:00AM on Thursdays & Fridays, 9:00AM Saturday-Wednesday.
8. There will be no ties. You must beat the posted high hand.
9. In all High Hand promotions, if two identical qualifying high hands occur on the same hand, the prize will be split. If the pot is split, the high hand award will be split.
10. Pot must be at least $10 in size including rake and jackpot.
11. Players must use two hole cards combined with 3 board cards to qualify. 
12. Must be your best possible hand to win using both of your hole cards. Must be the winning hand.
13. Hands must be verified by a supervisor.
14. Winners must be present.
15. Must be playing in Jackpot eligible Texas Hold’em game.
16. Short-handed games (3 or less players) are not eligible for jackpots and will not be subject to the jackpot drop.
17. Players can win more than one prize.
18. On announcement of the completion of the period or the clock sounding, the period is over. Any new high hands will apply to the next time period.
19. The Morning High Hand Hustle runs Saturday thru Wednesday & begins at 9:00AM. The first 15 qualifying high hands (minimum qualifier of Aces Full of Tens) win $400.
20. The High Hand Hustle Drawings run Thursdays and Fridays & begins at 9:00AM. Ten $500 prizes and ten $100 prizes will be awarded. All prizes between 9:00AM-10:00AM are $500. The minimum qualifier is Aces Full of Tens. The 10 $500 prizes are in a drum, which will be pulled after each win between 9:00AM-10:00AM. At 10:01AM, 10 $100 envelopes will be added to the drum for future drawings. A total of 20 prizes will be awarded, then the regularly scheduled daytime promotion will begin.
21. *If there are more than 10 $500 prizes awarded between 9:00AM-10:00AM, we will subtract the corresponding number of $100 prize envelopes. For example, if 12 $500 prizes are awarded before 10:00AM, only 8 $100 envelopes will be added to the drum.
22. If two identical qualifying hands occur on the same hand, even before 10:00AM, the prize will be split. If after 10:00AM, when a draw from the drum is required, if a decision between the players isn’t agreed upon, the player sitting closest to the dealer’s left will draw.
23. The Nighttime Hustle runs Monday thru Thursday and begins at 8:00PM. The first 20 qualifying high hands (minimum qualifier of Aces Full of Deuces) win $300.
24. During the High Hand Hustle, you may tie a high hand and qualify if that ranks you in the first 15 or 20 (daytime) or 20 (nighttime) of the high hands.
25. Unless stated, the daytime promotions begin immediately after the last (15th or 20th) High Hand Hustle hand has been hit. All Late-Night promotions begin immediately after the 20th Nighttime Hustle hand has been hit. On nights without the Hustle, the Late-Night High Hand promotion begins at midnight.
26. If the final (15th or 20th) qualifying hand of the Morning Hustle has not hit by 8:00PM, that promo ends, and the Night Hustle promo begins.
27. If the 20th qualifying hand of the Night Hustle has not hit by the time the Morning Hustle is scheduled to start, the Nighttime Hustle ends and the Morning Hustle begins.
28. If either the daytime or late-night high hands involve rollovers, the first qualifying period prize will not roll over if it is not hit. Rollovers begin at the first full qualifying period. Ex: The last hustle hand hits at 11:15PM, the Late Night High Hand promotion immediately starts. If, for the remainder of that period, no high hand is hit, that $100 does not rollover to the following period. Subsequent full periods will have the prize money roll over to the next period if not hit.
29. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of these promotions, shall be disqualified. This includes slow rolling or slow playing to get to the next time period.
30. Side betting or selling of high hands is prohibited.
31. Funds will come from the Reserve Jackpot.
32. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion.

26. If the 20th qualifying hand of the Night Hustle has not hit by the time the Morning Hustle is scheduled to start, the Nighttime Hustle ends and the Morning Hustle begins.
27. If either the daytime or late-night high hands involve rollovers, the first qualifying period prize will not roll over if it is not hit. Rollovers begin at the first full qualifying period. Ex: The last hustle hand hits at 11:15PM, the Late Night High Hand promotion immediately starts. If, for the remainder of that period, no high hand is hit, that $100 does not rollover to the following period. 28. The “No Sweat” High Hand Promotion: If your high hand is the winning high hand for a period, it will remain on the board for a second consecutive period with the chance to win a second prize. Example: Aces Full of Fours is on the board and wins the 1:20PM period for $300, the player will win the monetary amount for that period, and the Aces Full of Fours remains on the board for the next period. If that hands is still the highest hand after the 1:40PM period, the player wins an additional $300. At that point, the board resets. If, on the second period, the player is beat by a higher qualifying hand, that person’s hand has the opportunity to win 2 high hand periods. One hand can only win 2 periods.
29. If a player wins the first qualifier on the last qualifying period, i.e. midnight when the graveyard promotion begins, that qualifying high hand will not carry over to the next period as the “no sweat” promotion ends.
30. In The “No Sweat” promotion, the same high hand can stay on the board a max of 2 periods.
31. In the event of a Royal Flush in The “No Sweat” promotion, the Royal only stays on the board for the remainder of that period, but the player will be paid out as if it won two periods. They will receive 3 separate monetary payments; two from each period and the $500 Royal Flush bonus.
32. Fridays, Oct 18 & 25. Following the hustle promotion, the high hand will be $400 every 15 minutes until 5:00PM. The high hand promotion begins at 5:00PM with the 1st payout scheduled for 5:15PM. High hand winners will draw from a drum to determine their prize won. There will be 14 $1,000 envelopes and 14 $100 envelopes available at the start of the promotion. The promotion runs from 5:00PM-Midnight.
33. Anyone found to be in violation of the integrity of these promotions, shall be disqualified. This includes slow rolling or slow playing to get to the next time period.
34. Side betting or selling of high hands is prohibited.
35. Funds will come from the Reserve Jackpot.
36. Management reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion.

Mystery Cash Drawing
Oct. 19 & 26

1. Must be 21 or older.
2. Minimum qualifying hand of Ace’s full.
3. Unless stated, in the event there is no qualifying high hand, there will be no rollovers.
4. During the Daily Late Night promotions, if there is no qualifying high hand during a timeframe, the money will roll over to the next period. If there is no high hand during the last period, the promo ends, no money rolls over to any other period.
5. There will be no ties. You must beat the posted high hand.
6. In all High Hand promotions, if two identical qualifying high hands occur on the same hand, the prize will be split. If the pot is split, the high hand award will be split. In this case, the person with the lowest seat number will draw the Envelope. The seat directly to the dealer’s left is seat 1, to the right is seat 8.
7. Pot must be at least $10 in size including rake and jackpot.
8. Players must use two hole cards combined with 3 board cards to qualify.
9. Must be your best possible hand to win using both of your hole cards. Must be the winning hand.
10. Hands must be verified by a supervisor.

16. Due to the Mystery Cash Drawings at 9:00AM, the High Hand Hustle will not run Oct. 19 & 26.
17. The Mystery Cash Drawing promotion runs Saturday, October 19 & 26. Periods are 15 minutes. Qualifying begins at 9:00AM and the first winner is awarded at 9:15PM. 
18. The Mystery Cash Drawing promotion will run 9:00AM-Midnight. Envelopes will be drawn out of a drum by the winner. The drum will be located at the 1st floor registration stand.
19. The drum will consist of the 3 $3,000 envelopes, 5 $2,000 envelopes, 7 $1,000 envelopes, 15 $500 envelopes, 15 $300 envelopes, and 15 $100 envelopes.
20. All envelopes will be opened at the end of the promotion to verify the prizes.
21. The Late Night promotion will begin at midnight.
