Mobile Ordering Has Arrived at Live!

Skip the line and order straight from your phone! Whether you're relaxing at a table, catching the game, or exploring the property, Live! Eats makes it easier than ever to enjoy your favorite food and drinks.

With just a quick scan of a QR code, you can browse menus, customize your order, pay securely, and choose your pickup time—all from your mobile device.

Ready to try it out? Here's how:

How to Use Mobile Ordering (No Live Rewards Card Required)

  1. Scan a QR Code located throughout the property to access the mobile ordering platform.
    Note: Live! Eats is a separate platform and not part of the Live! App. It is only accessible by scanning a QR code on property.
  2. Browse the menu, select your items, and check out— just like any other mobile ordering service.
  3. Pay securely through the app using a credit card or comps.
    Cash is not accepted on the platform.
  4. Choose a pickup time that works for you—either ASAP or in 15-minute increments while the outlets are open.
  5. Pick up your order at the location you selected during checkout.
  6. Need to make a change? Once submitted, orders can’t be modified through the app—but feel free to visit the outlet directly for assistance.

Rewards Members How to Use Your Live Rewards Card for Mobile Ordering

  1. Scan the QR Code on your table and confirm your table number at the top of the screen.
  2. Browse the menu and create your order. Fill in your contact information.
  3. Under the Loyalty section, tap “Lookup Account.”
  4. Enter your Live Rewards card number and PIN.
  5. Complete the Captcha by clicking the button, entering the code that appears, and pressing “View.”
    Note: This Captcha is a required security step and cannot be removed.
  6. Once verified, you can redeem comps or points from your account.
    If your comps or points don’t cover the full total, you can pay the balance with a credit card
    .
